What is Boot Camp?

It's a fun fitness program designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 45 minute period of time. Classes are designed to go at your own pace, yet are challenging & fun for everyone. We have people of all shapes, sizes and fitness levels sharing a common goal: health & fitness. You don't have to be in shape to join our boot camp, but you will be in shape when you're done one!

Come outdoors and live out your potential.

What will you be doing there?

During Boot Camp everyone will be doing stretches, resistance training, calisthenics (push-ups, sit-ups, lunges, etc.), circuit training, running drills, obstacle courses and whatever other surprises we have in store for that day.

We try to make the workouts fun and challenging at the same time. The more effort you put into the class, the more results you will get out of it.

The Boot Camp is a combination of soccer practice, meets the military, meets high school phys. ed class, meets strength training with a personal trainer.

All workouts are developed by fitness expert and certified personal trainer Adam Ezekiel.

You'll benefit from learning proper form, get a nutritional class to finally know what to eat, there will be alternate exercises for pre-existing injuries, a positive environment and encouragement.

You don't have to be in shape to come to Adam's Boot Camp, getting you into shape is my job! You do have to bring a good attitude and a willingness to try your best!

By the end of your 6-week adventure you will feel great, look fantastic, lose weight and have made new friends who will have gone through the same body changing experience you have. You will also have learned a lot about how to change your eating to lose weight faster than you ever have before!

When does the Boot Camp begin?

Sunday August 20th, 2014.

Boot Camp will be every Sunday and Wednesday at 8:05pm at Uri Gordon Park, Raanana (see the map below). The fitness session will be 45 minutes and end at 8:50pm.

It will run for 4 weeks until the week before Passover. The last class of the program will be Sunday August 20th 2014.

There will be twelve classes in total. One of the classes will be a group nutritional class taught in English.

How much does it cost?

Each session is 40 shekels if you book and pay in advance.

The total is 320 shekels.
